Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Assist with occasional SNF/Home Health cases as needed
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
• Contribute to a committed team with high standards of care
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage and rare holiday shifts
• Follow established protocols to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Support community health initiatives and pediatric care in local schools

What You Need Required

• Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist License
• BLS certification within 1 year of hire
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)

Preferred

• Experience working in outpatient and inpatient environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings
