General Dentist – Washington, DC & Arlington, VA

Join two thriving, well-established sister practices— Beautiful Smiles DC and Gentle Care Dentists ! We're seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide exceptional patient care across both locations. You'll step into a busy, established patient base with full hygiene schedules, modern technology, and an outstanding team dedicated to clinical excellence.

Schedule

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Washington, DC)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arlington, VA)
Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

35% of collections
$2,000 annual Continuing Education stipend
Established patient base with full hygiene schedules
Clinical autonomy with mentorship available

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative staff
Uphold the highest clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active dental license in Washington, DC, and Virginia (or eligible for licensure in both)
3–4 years of clinical experience preferred
Confident managing a full patient schedule
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
