Travel Nurse RN – Acute Care Case Management HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is hiring a travel RN for an acute care case management assignment at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. The assignment is 12 weeks, starting 07/30/2026, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts (no weekends required). Responsibilities Case management assessment Discharge planning Engage patients and families in care planning and post‑discharge follow‑up Coordinate resources and services across the hospital and community Unit Information Unit: Case Management (917) Location: Wesley Medical Center, 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floors: CPCU (3rd) & PCU (4th) – Step Down Units Number of Beds – CPCU 14, PCU 14 Number of Staff – 1 Staff shift: M–F 8–4:30 (day only) Patient Ratio – 1:14 EMR – Meditech and Midas Qualifications Must have : Minimum 1‑year current acute care case manager RN experience RN or Licensed Social Worker BLS certification Active KS licensure Meditech and Midas experience preferred Preferred or nice to have : Midas and HCA case management experience Prior HCA Hospital experience Benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Referral bonus Continuing education Life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
