Contract Remote (U.S.) remote $3,150-$3,150 /project Project-based (~3-4 weeks) Content You'll shape the voice and write the words for a premium brand launch: messaging pillars, full website and print copy, a downloadable service guide, copy for the named multi-step Concierge Experience, a plainer voice for a secondary service line, and an email/text nurture sequence - all held to a consistent terminology system. The tone is warm, elevated, and hospitality-driven - never clinical. Strong copy is what makes the luxury positioning land, so this seat carries real weight. Responsibilities Develop the messaging house, brand voice, and pillars Write website copy, print-collateral copy, and a downloadable service guide Write copy for the named, multi-step Concierge Experience flow Draft an email/text nurture sequence and enforce a terminology glossary Keep a warm, elevated, non-clinical tone across every surface Requirements Portfolio of brand / luxury copywriting Senior-care or healthcare-adjacent sensitivity (warm, non-clinical) - a plus Light SEO awareness for on-page copy Comfortable with a stakeholder interview and revision rounds About the project a contract launch team for a premium, private-pay senior-lifestyle brand for a Central Texas client - brand identity, a luxury website with a guided concierge experience, a mobile app, print collateral, and a digital launch, targeting a Q3 2026 launch.
