Senior, Data Scientist

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Senior Data Scientist designs, builds, and deploys machine learning and agentic AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable data products, leveraging modern ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP/LLMs, forecasting, and optimization) and agentic patterns (tool use, planning, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration). The Senior Data Scientist is accountable for end-to-end model development—from data exploration and feature engineering to evaluation, productionization, monitoring, and continuous improvement—while ensuring responsible, secure, and reliable AI practices. Key strengths include strong statistical and ML foundations, hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, building robust data pipelines, and applying MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model registry, observability, drift detection, and retraining). The role requires excellent communication skills to explain model behavior, tradeoffs, and impact to technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to mentor peers while influencing technical direction across teams. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
