Dimensional Inspector

Dimensional InspectorCoWorx Staffing is hiring a Dimensional Inspector for a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgton, ME. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with quality inspection experience, especially those with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience, to work in a climate-controlled environment producing critical components for the submarine industry. Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Optional overtime available on Friday mornings)Responsibilities:Perform first-piece, in-process, incoming, and final inspectionsUse measuring tools and inspection equipment including: CMMs, Height Gages, Calipers, MicrometersRead and interpret engineering drawings and blueprintsVerify products meet customer and engineering specificationsRecord inspection results and maintain quality documentationCollect and compile statistical quality dataAssist in investigating product defects and rework issuesEnsure measuring equipment is properly calibrated and functioningRecommend improvements to inspection and manufacturing processesDesired Background/Skills:Previous quality inspection experience requiredCMM experience is required (basic experience will be considered)Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprintsHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing, machining, or related technical training preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsBasic math and technical reading skillsDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
