The Blueprint Supply Co. Underground Cocktail Club is currently seeking Bartenders to join their team of top talent.

The Blueprint is a vibrant and dynamic cocktail club for entertainment and creativity that blends historical charm with cutting-edge nightlife in Nashville's iconic Printers Alley.

The Blueprint showcases a vibrant mix of live performances, from local legends to international sensations, alongside innovative cocktails and gourmet bites that pay homage to the culinary heritage of Nashville and the legacy of Printers Alley. Featuring a unique open-window concept and an inviting outdoor patio, The Blueprint offers patrons a mesmerizing atmosphere where the spirits of past printers and contemporary creatives merge, making it the definitive gathering spot for both local enthusiasts and global talents.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Attributes

Mixology experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Well-organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.

Education and Experience

Must be at least 21 years old.
Previous club or lounge experience preferred.
Must complete BASSET or ABC Certificate.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks.
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
