Project Manager (Technology Governance & Compliance)

Overview

We're hiring a Project Manager to support a large-scale technology governance and compliance program. This role ensures business requirements are accurately reflected in technical solutions, with a focus on risk management, validation, and audit readiness.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to drive execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program execution by coordinating with business and technical teams to meet timelines
• Track and manage deliverables, risks, and remediation plans
• Support governance activities, including validation and compliance alignment
• Own workstream communications, including status updates and executive reporting
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, and blockers

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in IT, data, or compliance environments
• Proven ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Experience managing timelines, risks, and structured programs
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Preferred:

• Regulated industry experience
• Exposure to governance, audit, or risk programs
• Experience working with technical teams (data, development, or testing)
• PMP or similar certification
