Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor restorative care programs designed to enhance residents' functional abilities.
• Assist residents with daily exercises, mobility activities, and range-of-motion exercises to improve or maintain their physical abilities.
• Provide support for residents using adaptive equipment and assistive devices as prescribed.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed.
• Help with personal and oral hygiene.
• Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
• Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
• Take and report vital statistics.
• Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Valid State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• CPR Certification
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
