Physical Therapist

Renewal Rehab

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment focused on mobility, safety, and meaningful functional outcomes. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and educate patients and families. Renewal Rehab offers strong clinical support, mentorship, manageable caseloads, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, integrity-driven culture dedicated to improving quality of life for older adults.
