Indy CDJR, part of the fast-growing Matt Bowers Auto Group, is aggressively hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performance team. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who knows how to drive production, maximize RO, and deliver top-tier service.

We are looking for a strong closer who can build relationships, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep the service drive moving at a high level.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and manage the service lane with professionalism and urgency
Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
Work directly with technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
Upsell services, maintenance, and repairs based on vehicle needs
Schedule appointments, manage timelines, and keep customers updated
Deliver a high-level customer experience that drives repeat business
Handle estimates, warranty discussions, and payment processing
Maintain strong organization and control of the service schedule

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
CDJR experience is a PLUS (all domestic brand experience welcome)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Proven ability to sell and hit production goals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with dealership software and service systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
