Machine Learning Engineer

To support advanced AI safety and security initiatives, the full-time remote Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning systems across various applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects from research to production. Key responsibilities: Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for multimodal domains including text, image, and audio Develop classification systems for safety, security, and intelligence applications, conducting experiments to benchmark AI models Own ML projects from initial research and prototyping through production deployment and monitoring, partnering with software engineers for system integration Required qualifications: 3-5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow Experience with computer vision or natural language processing, including training and deploying models in production environments Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, along with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure Experience designing evaluation methodologies and benchmarking systems for model performance
