Remote Federal HR Recruiter I Staffing & Compliance

Oban

OBAN Corporation seeks an HR Specialist I to support a federal agency client in a remote, centralized staffing team. You will manage job analyses, prepare JOAs, post vacancies on USA Staffing, process applications, and guide candidates through the eligibility and referral process.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a federal environment, strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. U.S.
