Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tool & Die Maker to join our team. If you have a passion for precision engineering, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with production to optimize tool designs and processes.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of tools and dies to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the department.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tool and die manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years’ experience
Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and engineering principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools.

CNC Tooling
Troubleshooting Skills
Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Manual Machining Skills
Tool/Die
Blueprint Reading
