To support healthcare clients in optimizing their marketing technology ecosystems, the full-time Healthcare Solutions Architect will lead the design and integration of complex systems, ensuring compliance and alignment with client objectives while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing technology strategies that align with client business objectives and healthcare compliance requirements Architect seamless integrations between client marketing systems and clinical platforms to optimize patient journeys Serve as the primary technical consultant for healthcare clients, presenting complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 4 years in healthcare environments Expertise with CRM platforms in healthcare settings, such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics Healthcare Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems integration, including platforms like Epic and Cerner Proven track record of working within HIPAA-compliant environments and understanding healthcare data regulations Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-system implementations across multiple clients
