Como Líder de Cuadrilla de Mantenimiento Exterior, usted liderará una cuadrilla de 2 a 3 empleados y ayudará a garantizar que nuestras propiedades se mantengan de manera segura, eficiente y con altos estándares de calidad. Este es un puesto de liderazgo práctico para alguien con experiencia en mantenimiento exterior y una sólida ética de trabajo.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar y supervisar una cuadrilla de 2 a 3 empleados
- Realizar y supervisar servicios de cuidado de césped y mantenimiento exterior
- Completar tareas como cortar césped, recortar, deshierbar, regar y realizar mantenimiento general de exteriores
- Operar y mantener equipos como cortadoras, orilladoras y sopladoras
- Capacitar a los miembros de la cuadrilla en técnicas adecuadas, uso del equipo y procedimientos de seguridad
- Inspeccionar las áreas de trabajo e identificar necesidades de mantenimiento
- Mantener los estándares de calidad y asegurar que el trabajo se complete correctamente
- Llevar registros precisos de las actividades de mantenimiento, equipo e inventario
Requisitos
- Licencia de conducir válida
- Experiencia operando cortadoras, orilladoras, sopladoras y equipo similar
- Se prefiere experiencia liderando una cuadrilla
- Fuerte ética de trabajo y confiabilidad
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad
