Lead Brand Ambassador - West Lafayette/Hammond, INIn this role as Lead Brand Ambassador, you will partner with a Tour Manager and program leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. You will also serve as a team lead when the Tour Manager is not on-site, providing guidance to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring all activation elements run smoothly, and maintaining a strong standard of execution.You'll be representing a university-focused program that promotes affordable internet packages for eligible students, educating them on available options, answering questions, and making it easy to get connected. You'll play a key part in expanding digital access and supporting student success both on and off campus.This position involves primarily local travel, with occasional extended travel based on market needs. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by program leadership. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.Required SkillsServe as the primary on-site point of contact for activations (retailers, consumers, and team members)Oversee and execute all activation details (setup, timing, promotions, giveaways, logistics)Lead, support, and supervise Brand Ambassadors, including on-site training and coordinationEnsure smooth operations, including inventory tracking and asset accountabilityEngage consumers, promote participation, and deliver key brand messagingMaintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication at all timesEnforce program rules, procedures, and brand standardsProvide timely updates and reports to the Tour Manager and account teamManage post-event tasks, including inventory reconciliation and asset returnsSkills & QualificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced team environmentProfessional, reliable, and proactive with strong accountabilityComfortable using event technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)Prior promotional or event experience preferredAdditional RequirementsMust be 18+ with reliable transportationAbility to travel locally with occasional extended travelAvailability for required training and adherence to uniform guidelinesHigh school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of leadership experienceProficiency in English and ability to follow procedures and safety guidelinesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
