We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Platform team. **Position Overview:** As Associate Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to execute the product strategy for our digital client portal. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Key Responsibilities:* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback reviews to identify opportunities for improving the digital experience* Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development team* Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and client needs* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, legal, technology, and operations, to deliver high-quality products* Track KPIs and evaluate metrics for new features, and recommend improvements* Support product managers in preparing presentations, business cases, and updates for senior stakeholders* Knowledge:* Good oral and written communication skills are required. Experienced in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations* Excellent understanding of platform technologies, including cloud migrations, back-end integrations, UI/UX design, and financial services capabilities* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Confluence)* Good in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines* Program or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design and governance* Experience:* A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required* 3+ years of experience in Agile product management* Financial Services industry experience* Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product deliverySalary Range:$80,800 - 133,400 USD*Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
