Job Title: Picker Packer - Day Shift
Job Description

Join our team as a Picker Packer in a cold storage facility where you will be responsible for picking and packing food products. This role requires the use of RF scanners, a keen attention to detail, being on your feet for the entirety of the shift, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail to prevent errors in packing.
• Work on your feet for the entire shift and handle heavy lifting tasks.

• Experience with packaging and picking processes.
• Proficiency in using RF scanner guns.
• Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, and production environments.

• Ability to work effectively in extremely cold temperatures within a cold storage facility.
• Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Strong communication skills to ensure proper coordination if late or absent.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cold storage facility where individuals must provide their own cold-weather attire, including jackets, hats, and gloves. The facility operates on the first shift, Monday through Thursday, with potential for overtime due to high work volume.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
