Anderson Rehabilitation Institute Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Rehabilitation Full‑Time | Nights Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), Rotating Weekends Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 (available to well‑qualified applicants) Overview We are a state‑of‑the‑art, 34‑bed acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of severe injury or illness. Our programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout the recovery journey, covering stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How You'll Contribute As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) you will excel in the following roles: Assist nursing staff with patients’ personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living. Experience Six months or more of experience in an acute or long‑term facility preferred. Certifications Completion of a nursing assistant course required. Current state certification as nursing assistant required. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire. Location Edwardsville, Illinois (20 miles northeast of downtown St. Louis).
