Physical Therapy Technician / Chriopractic Assistant

Job Description We are a patient centered Wellness clinic focused on helping patients achieve optimal healing through Chiropractic care and therapeutic services, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a dependable, friendly, high energy, and motivated Stretch Technician or Chiropractic Assistant to join our team mostly for back office hands on patient care. Responsibilities: Back Office Duties / Clinical Support Duties Assist the chiropractor during patient visits as instructed Guide patients through therapuetic stretching exercises Perform therapies such as cold laser (training provided) Set patients up for X-rays, following proper procedures and saftey guidlines Assist with shockwave therapy treatments Safely place pateints on and off spinal decompression therapy equipment Educate patients on therapies, stretches, and care plans as directed by the doctor Prepare treatment rooms and clean equipment between patients Ensure smooth flow of patients between check in and check out Front Office Duties Greet patients and create a welcoming environment Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Answer phones, texts and emails professionally Check patients in and out and process payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized and clean Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Friendly, professional and caring demeanor Strong communication, phone skills and organizational skills Abilty to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working hands-on with patients Basic computer skills (experience with medical software is a plus) Previous chiropractic, medical, fitness, or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided) What we offer: 401 K retirement plan Competitive pay + a handsome bonus program Employee Chiropractic, Acupuncture, suppliments, and therapy benefits (if applicable) Hands-on training for all therapies and equipment Support and positive team environment Opportunity to learn valuable healthcare and clinical skills Company Description Natural Heathcare: We do Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Spinal Decompression, Shockwave, Physiotherapy, Nutritional counseling, and Massage We also have digital x-ray, computerized nerve function testing (SEMG), and cold laser treatments #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bone and Joint Wellness Center
