Part-Time Field Service Technician- Tawas City, MI- Kayak Maintenance

2 stations located at Shoreline Park and Veteran's Park

Compensation: $50 per monthly visit per station, plus a $$50 monthly bonus if all kayaks are active by the end of the month.

Job description

• Conduct monthly equipment checks on our self-service kayak stations.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Occasionally respond to urgent maintenance needs (if reported).
• Basic maintenance tasks like checking locks, cleaning stations, tightening bolts, and replacing signage.
• Use your smartphone to check tickets and update statuses.

Pay Structure

• $50 (per regular monthly visit approx. 1-2 hrs)
• $20 per emergency visit (as directed by the operations)

This is a supplemental-income role — ideal for someone who enjoys simple, independent work on their own schedule.
