Summary The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations on the retail floor at a North Michigan Avenue location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and demonstrations. The advisor supports merchandising standards and collaborates with brand teams for promotions and events. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations to customers. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory on the sales floor. Conduct makeup applications and educate customers on skincare and color routines. Process transactions, manage client records, and follow up to build repeat business. Support promotional events, trainings, and brand initiatives on the sales floor. Requirements 3+ years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably in prestige cosmetics. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach. Demonstrated product knowledge and ability to perform makeup applications and demonstrations. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
