The role focuses on communication, impact assessment, engagement, and readiness. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations. Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement. Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities. Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks.
