Occupational Therapist Position

PYG Therapy is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing pediatric home health team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping children develop the skills needed for daily success while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that home-based care provides.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Earn between $64-$92 per hour
• Compensation based on experience, geographic area, and employment classification
• Opportunities available as Full-Time, Part-Time, or Independent Contractor
• Custom caseload options available throughout Arizona

Key Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist with PYG Therapy, you will:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Educate caregivers and family members on techniques that support progress between visits
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Provide updates regarding patient progress, goals, and treatment recommendations
• Participate in care planning and ongoing treatment modifications as needed
• Optional opportunities available to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Scheduling Options

Available scheduling arrangements include:

• W-2 employment opportunities
• 1099 independent contractor opportunities
• Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
• Service areas available throughout Arizona

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR, OTD, OTR/L, or MSOT)
• Current CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Previous home health experience

New graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatric home health are encouraged to apply.
