Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and other modalities within your scope of practice.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate client treatment notes and records.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared before and after each appointment.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.
• Maintain active state licensure and professional liability insurance.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of professional massage therapy experience in a luxury resort, club, or high-end spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Independent Contractor Requirements

• Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications.
• Carry professional liability insurance.
• Responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes associated with independent contractor status.
