Strategic Solutions Representative, Business Development This role is all about direct customer education and support. The Strategic Solutions Representative will have a passion for building superior customer relations and training end‑users on how to best serve their LEP population by effectively using MasterWord's various solutions. The Representative will be responsible for moving quickly throughout customers' sites delivering trainings and identifying training opportunities. Status: Full time Location: On site in Houston, TX or Remote Responsibilities Support and implement all company solutions, including translation, over‑the‑phone interpreting (OPI), video remote interpretation services, and other services MasterWord will offer in the future at new and existing client facilities. Through regular contact with the client base, ensure clients have adequate materials and knowledge to effectively use all solutions. Partner with Strategic Solutions Executives to drive sales growth and expand existing accounts within assigned territory. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring retention and expansion of services. Requirements Willing to adhere to required health and safety policies when visiting clients. Fluency in English, and another language preferred; for the Communication Access vertical, industry‑specific knowledge and basic American Sign Language skills required. Familiarity with interpretation and translation industry preferred. Well organized, self‑directed, and dedicated to company growth. Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Fundamental business acumen, strong negotiation skills and a positive professional demeanor.
