Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures. Basic math skills required for counting and verifying product quantities.Experience Requirements1+ years of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or machine operator experience. Experience inspecting products for quality defects in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to accurately count, sort, pack, and label products according to specifications. Experience following safety, quality, and production standards.Preferred QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Frequent reaching and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 32 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and company-issued uniforms.Job DutiesPick, inspect, count, and pack plastic parts on an assigned thermoforming production line. Verify product quality, bag counted parts, and place finished goods into the correct packaging containers. Seal and prepare boxes to ensure products are protected during storage and shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
