Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a psych/rehab department, working collaboratively within a float unit. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing and managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with facility policies. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and manage care plans. Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state of Florida.
