The Law Office of Dan Park is a small, but busy and growing, law firm focused primarily on the practice of Immigration law. The firm has limited practice in traffic, criminal, and family law matters and another office that practices personal injury law. We have a dedicated staff who are committed to providing clients with the best representation possible. We are looking for someone who shares those values to join our team. Our main office is located in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.

• Someone who enjoys litigating and being in court.
• Someone who is flexible, able to communicate, and invested in working in a collaborative environment.
• Someone who is familiar with immigration law and enthusiastic about practicing it.
• We would prefer someone with at least a year of immigration experience but are open to attorneys who are new to immigration law and attorneys who are waiting to be barred, if it is a good fit.
• Someone who has experience practicing before the federal circuit courts, specifically experience with habeas petitions, writs of mandamus, and circuit court appeals.
• Spanish proficiency is required.
• Someone who can work independently and manage their own case load (dependent on experience).
• Someone who has a sense of humor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients.
• Performing legal research.
• Drafting briefs and memos.
• Reviewing applications.
• Representing clients before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, USCIS, State Court, and Federal Court.
• Supervising legal assistants.
