Transamerica is seeking a senior regional wholesaler to lead a team selling qualified retirement plans across a defined territory. The role requires managing productivity, coaching, and recruiting while traveling extensively with RVPs. The candidate should have a business degree, 5+ years in financial services sales, regional wholesaler experience, FINRA licenses, and ERISA knowledge.
