Remote Bilingual Member Intake Specialist (Spanish/English)

Nadia Care is seeking a remote Bilingual (Spanish) Member Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new members. You will welcome families, conduct their initial visit, educate them on services, and complete intake before handing off to a Maternity Navigator for ongoing care. You will report to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery and work ET-aligned hours. A background of 3–4+ years in patient onboarding, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with CRM/scheduling tools are #J-18808-Ljbffr
