Delegate Task - Assign daily work based on individual team member strengths and project
needs
Monitor Progress - Manage Calendar and keep projects on track
Solve Problems - Resolve operational roadblocks
Communicate Updates - Report team progress upward to management
Installing Window Treatments and learning our product - We will train you!
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience - ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Organized – strong time management
- Communication – verbal and written
- Able to lift 30+ lbs with no issues
- Occasional Travel
