LPN/LVN Opportunity At Miami Valley Hospital

One position needed to start 3/30 and one to start 4/06 on the Med Surg Renal Unit at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Long-term acute care (LTAC) LPN experience will also be accepted. Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills. Requirements include BLS through AHA, at least one year of experience in acute care in a hospital setting, experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6, and EPIC charting experience. Floating is required. The traveler will be first to float at Premiers discretion and will float in/out of specialty clusters. If assigned to any Miami Valley Hospital facility, this will include floating to the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from the main campus, and north campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from the main campus. If you are MVH South, you may float to Main if needed. The traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Travelers are not eligible for Premier Health Employee incentives. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel two shifts due to low census per 13-week contract and reserves the right to cancel the agreement with two weeks notice without fee or fine.
