RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Ready to lead one of the most energetic, fast-paced restaurant teams in the Valley?
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to create an unforgettable guest experience while driving strong operational performance.
This is not a “sit in the office” management role. We’re looking for a true leader who can motivate a team, elevate service standards, control costs, build culture, and keep operations running at a high level every single day.
What You’ll Do
Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality
Coach, mentor, and develop a large team in a high-volume environment
Organize and supervise shifts while maintaining efficiency and morale
Manage inventory, labor, sanitation, and operational standards
Monitor financial performance and control costs
Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
Promote a positive, energetic, team-focused culture
Lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Extensive food & beverage knowledge
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Available nights, weekends, and holidays
