Guest Service Lead & Retail Sales Coach

Weareuncharted in Natick, MA is seeking a part-time Keyholder responsible for delivering world-class customer service and achieving sales goals. The Keyholder will work closely with the Store Team Leader, leading by example and fostering a positive shopping experience through the G.U.E.S.T. service approach. In addition to managing the sales floor, the Keyholder will assist in training and coaching team members, perform store opening and closing procedures, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
