Business Development & Sales Representative
Carpet City Flooring Center
Carpet City Flooring Center, a family-owned Wisconsin flooring retailer, is seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative to grow residential and commercial sales. In this role, you’ll prospect new customers, handle walk-ins and referrals, and guide clients through product selection for carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, and rugs. You’ll prepare quotes, coordinate with design and installation teams, and manage projects from consultation to completion. This position offers hands-on training, community-focused work, and opportunities to build lasting customer relationships and a rewarding sales career.
