Mission Managers/Targeters – Job Description Acclaim Technical Services (ATS), founded in 2000, is a leading language and intelligence services company supporting U.S. Federal agencies. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance; no exception to the clearance requirement. The role involves supporting a client’s operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful candidates will work well in team environments, operate independently with minimal supervision, and interact effectively with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The position requires prior experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. Program Requirements 24x7x365 rotating shift schedule: 5 days (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), weekend shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), 3‑day weekend shift, and 5 nights (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) with 5 days off, repeated. TDYs of 30–45 day rotations; first year no deployments, second year one or two, third year one. 3‑year requirement to remain on contract.
