Part-Time Community Associate

The opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries to create and maintain your own community within your center. You will handle administrative and support tasks so customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready. Customers arrive throughout the day, and you assist with requests such as updating WiFi codes, locating packages, helping with meeting room setups, and guiding customers to resources. You ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. You take short breaks as needed, process mail, and respond to multiple customer requests. In the afternoon, you may open service tickets for center issues, print materials, and assist with invoices. You plan events with the Community Manager, write and post notices, and engage with prospects to grow the community. You help manage the day’s close and leave the space tidy at the end of the day. About you We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
