PM Dishwasher/Prep CookCompensation: $20–24/hour + service charge Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Shifts Department: Food & Beverage / Culinary Reports To: Executive Chef & Sous Chefs Position Overview The PM Dishwasher/Prep Cook plays a key role in supporting the culinary team and ensuring smooth evening operations. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while assisting with basic food preparation for dinner service, events, and next?day production.
