Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Acquisition Subject Matter Expert to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The SME will support Joint Staff J-8 leadership, manage MDAPs, and advise on cost, schedule, and performance analyses. Required: Master's degree, 20+ years in national security and DoD programs, TS/SCI clearance, and DoD PM experience; ability to work onsite.
