This opportunity is built for experienced Employee Benefits or P & C producers who want to scale — not just maintain — their book.
Our client has a national platform with deep resources that DO NOT reduce your commissions. They build full-service teams around you (Account Executive + CSR), so you can stay focused on selling and growth. They’re looking for established producers (5–20+ years) with a proven track record and stability. Key highlights:- National firm that just got 2.3 billion to expand

- Base Salary with 40 % commission.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed insurance agent.
