Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing of personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $45,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available
- Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including standard personal lines and potentially some high-net-worth accounts (experience in high-net-worth accounts is not required).
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Licenses : Active 2-20 or 20-44 license is required.
- Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
