We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tire Technician to join our 24-hour service team. In this role, you will perform tire installation, repair, balancing, and maintenance for a variety of vehicles, both in-shop and through emergency roadside assistance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, rotate, and replace tires for cars, trucks, agriculture and commercial vehicles.
• Provide on-site and roadside tire services, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
• Operate tire-changing, balancing, and aligning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about work performed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, following company protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous tire service experience (1+ years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight call out shifts.
