Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: * Transport construction materials safely and efficiently to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. * Collaborate with dispatch and site managers to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes. * Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to uphold our commitment to safety and reliability. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and compliance purposes. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and address any delivery concerns. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. Qualifications: * Experience in operating tractor-trailers, with a clean driving record. * Ability to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety. * Proven track record of timely and efficient delivery of construction materials. * Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations, with a commitment to compliance. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with dispatch and site managers. * Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. * Willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance driving skills and industry knowledge.
