Complete Water Systems is a growing Phoenix plumbing and water treatment company looking for an experienced Plumbing / Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants an opportunity to grow.

Earn up to $35 per hour based on experience, plus commission and performance bonus opportunities.

If you already have residential plumbing or home-service experience, we can teach you the water-treatment side of the business. You do not need to be an expert in water softeners or filtration to apply.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential plumbing service and repairs
• Install water softeners and whole-home filtration systems
• Install and service reverse osmosis systems
• Install and service water heaters and related plumbing
• Diagnose plumbing and water-treatment issues
• Perform plumbing modifications for equipment installations
• Work with copper, PEX, PVC/ABS, valves, drains, and fittings
• Troubleshoot problems and present appropriate solutions to homeowners
• Complete professional-quality installations
• Maintain accurate job notes and photos
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
• Provide an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, residential service, mechanical, or related trade experience preferred
• Residential plumbing/service experience strongly preferred
• Ability to solder copper is a plus
• Comfortable performing basic plumbing modifications and repairs
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Able to lift and move water-treatment equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors, in garages, and in attics when required
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Takes pride in quality workmanship

Experienced Plumber but New to Water Treatment?

We can train you.

If you understand residential plumbing, can troubleshoot problems, work professionally in customers' homes, and are willing to learn, we'll provide training on water softeners, reverse osmosis, whole-home filtration, and other water-treatment equipment.
