Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Provide assistance to physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures, and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required. Facility will not pend licenses or certifications.
• ARRT and ACLS, BLS must be current and verifiable.
• Two supervisory references from the past 12 months of employment required.
• Profile requirements: current work history and skills checklist pertinent to specialty (within 1 year).

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0600-1830 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Monday night call required and rotating every 3rd to 4th weekend of call.
• Floats to other units as requested.

As a traveling cath lab technologist, you will provide essential procedural support that contributes to timely diagnosis and treatment. Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care from intensive care level to med/surg level units while gaining varied clinical experience across assignments.
