ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an administrator for the California Department of Social Services. That experience strengthened my passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping people navigate important life decisions.

I am a graduate of Fresno School of Business and have always enjoyed working in roles centered around helping people and making a positive impact in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeff Singleton II - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
