Full-Time Permanent Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianMaintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities. Perform mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate. Perform operate minor equipment: saws, drills, grinders, etc. Inspect buildings and mechanical room equipment for needed repairs and maintenance. Closing Date: Open until filled. Start Date: Open until filled. Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Salary: $2,650.00 per month.Minimum QualificationsMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina Driver's License. Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and a 40' articulating lift. Must possess two (2) years of electrical experience.
