What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient OB-GYN care in a hospital setting, including labor and delivery management
• Perform surgical procedures such as C-sections and management of spontaneous abortions
• Oversee low- and high-risk OB patient labor
• Assist private physicians with planned and unplanned C-sections
• Support unassigned OB and GYN emergency department patients
• Collaborate with Laborist and Perinatology teams for complex cases
• Ensure high standards of safety and patient care

What You Need

• California Medical License (Active)
• DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts

About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Los Angeles, CA, supporting a busy 10 labor and delivery rooms, 8 antepartum, and 18 postpartum rooms. The unit has two dedicated ORs, offering comprehensive obstetric care including surgical management of c-sections and emergency interventions. This position provides an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
